Shamong Day – Vendor Application

Time: 9:00 AM – 4 PM (vendor set up 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM)
We’re excited to welcome vendors to our 2nd annual Shamong Day featuring a classic car show, handmade goods, antique finds, games, raffles, and prizes, an inflatable slide, local food, and community spirit!
If you’re interested in reserving a space, please complete the application below. There is no charge to reserve the space, fees are only collected if you attend the event. A single 10’x10′ space is $40, double spaces are $65, and triple spaces are $90.

Vendor Fees
Vendor fees help support community events and fundraising efforts by the Indian Mills Historical Society.
- Standard Vendor Space (10′ x 10′): $40
- Additional Adjacent Space: $25
- Food Truck Space: $75 (please include dimensions of truck/trailer in Special Setup Needs)
Additional Requirements for Food & Beverage Vehicles
All food vendors must provide a copy of:
- Certificate of Insurance
- Current health department license/inspection
- Any relevant fire or electrical safety certifications (if applicable)
Food trucks must arrive for setup between 7:30am and 8:45am and be ready to serve by 9 AM.
