Spring 2026 Antique & Craft Market Vendor Application

Hosted by the Indian Mills Historical Society

Location: Indian Mills Memorial Middle School- 295 Indian Mills Rd., Shamong, NJ 08088

Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026 (no rain date)

Time: 9:00 AM – 4 PM (vendor set up 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM)

We’re excited to welcome vendors to our upcoming Spring Antique & Craft Market- a flea market and craft fair featuring antique finds, handmade goods, vintage thrifts, local food, and community spirit!

If you’re interested in reserving a space, please complete the application below. There is no charge to reserve the space, fees are only collected if you attend the event. A single 10’x10′ space is $40, double spaces are $65.

We’re thrilled to announce our food truck lineup is FULL, so applications for this spring’s event are closed. If you are interested in participating in future events, including this Fall’s Shamong Day, please email us at indianmillshs@gmail.com

Vendor Fees

Vendor fees help support community events and fundraising efforts by the Indian Mills Historical Society.

  • Standard Vendor Space (10′ x 10′): $40
  • Additional Adjacent Space: $25
  • Food Truck Space: $75 (please include dimensions of truck/trailer in Special Setup Needs)

Additional Requirements for Food & Beverage Vehicles

All food vendors must provide a copy of:

  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Current health department license/inspection
  • Any relevant fire or electrical safety certifications (if applicable)

Food trucks must arrive for setup between 7:30am and 8:45am and be ready to serve by 9 AM.
